The Funniest "Old People" Mail I've Got So Far!

This gem was in my mailbox yesterday.  It's by far the funniest piece of "Old People" mail I've got so far.  It actually made me LOL when I pulled it out of the mailbox.  It's addressed to "Resident", so everybody else in town probably got it too, but it's still hilarious:
