It wasn't really his fault, though.
Do you see in this picture how there are 4 big ol' nuts & bolts positioned vertically in a neat & tidy row?:
Well, there are supposed to be these, along with another set of 4 big ol' nuts & bolts in a neat & tidy row on the other side of the underneath of the truck, bolting the bed to the frame of the truck.
HOWEVER, the truck that Jamie was driving had NO FREAKING NUTS & BOLTS WHATSOEVER TO HOLD IT ON. Here's a pic of the absence of the nuts & bolts on the truck that Jamie was driving:
WHAT?!? WHERE'S THE NUTS & BOLTS?!? THERE'S NO NUTS & BOLTS!!! ON EITHER SIDE!!! THERE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE 4 NUTS & BOLTS ON THE LEFT SIDE, AND 4 NUTS & BOLTS ON THE RIGHT SIDE, but as you can plainly see, there are NO NUTS & BOLTS TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE!!! :O
No wonder the freakin' truck flipped over as Jamie was turning into a gas station (not going too fast AT ALL -- he had just pulled out of a different road, and was still in 1st gear)! And he's got 15 witnesses, along with a State Patrol Officer that said that speed was NOT a factor. The truck just simply went *bloop* and fell over on its side, since it didn't have anything bolting it down for stability! AND THIS PARTICULAR TRUCK HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR THE ENTIRE 3+ YEARS that the company has had it! The man that normally drives this particular truck has asked the mechanics to fix it MULTIPLE TIMES over the years, but they never have. >:{
